Termite Treatment & Control:
We provide several options for termite control. This can range from annual inspections to chemical treatments for the most vulnerable areas of your home. We even offer warranties.

Insect & Pest Treatment Programs:
Commercial service programs and residential service programs. Fully equipped, specifically trained for routine / non-routine problem that arise, commercially trained technicians. Residential services with fully trained technicians. Service and maintenance programs. One time services and optional follow-ups if required.

Tick Treatment Program:
The first step to a safe, thorough treatment is to inspect and identify all potential hosting sights. A treatment plan has several considerations and phases. What needs to be treated, and what landscapings can be changed to lessen the potential for ticks to harborage. When treatments are done they are timed per the growth stage of the ticks. First treatment is in April for the adult stage who were dormant all winter long. May treatment is for a nymph stage, August is for a larval stage and October for the adult stage prior to over wintering. Chemical treatments done per label rates. Tick treatment rodent stations with no chemical sprays are the alterative.

Residential Rates

General service including inside and perimeter $75.00 + tax (up to 3000 square feet) or $85.00 + tax (3001 square feet and over).

Yard treatments start at $60.00.
